  1. Download the Adobe Reader 7.0 program (free).
  2. Download alignment_report.pdf
  3. Obtain a program called "Desk pdf". It is available for $19.95 as a download from docudesk.com. Install this program which creates a new printer in Windows called "deskpdf".
  4. Print the alignment_report.pdf file at any time to your normal printer for use in the field.
  5. After performing a precision alignment, transfer the ShaftHogAlignmentReport data into the electronic file, using the tab key to move from field to field. After completing the form in Adobe Reader 7.0, choose File, Print (or click on the print button) and choose deskpdf as your printer. Click on OK, and choose your directory and file name to save the document.
  6. Exit Adobe Reader 7.0.
