Software
The Display Unit to the right shows the full complement of alignment
and measurement software that can be installed on the Fixturlaser
Alignment System. If you roll your cursor over the icons you will
see the program each icon represents. Click on an icon and you will
see additional screens.
Programs are organized as follows:
- First row—Shaft Alignment
- Second row— Geometric Measurement
- Third row—Roll Parallelism
- Fourth row—main system utilities
The base system comes with the Horizontal Shaft Alignment and the
main utility routines pre-installed. Additional programs can be added
as required for the user's specific applications.

Fixturlaser T110 Laser Transmitter
Battery charged laser transmitter of diode type with built-in micrometer
screws for adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical
level.
Measuring distance up to 50 meters (164’)

Fixturlaser T111 Laser Transmitter
Laser transmitter of diode type with built-in micrometer screws for
adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical level.
The T111 is powered by the supplied AC-adapter (110/230 volts).
Measuring distance up to 50 meters (164’)

Fixturlaser T210 Laser Transmitter
Battery charged laser transmitter of diode type. The laser transmitter
has a built-in angular prism in a turret allowing creation of a
360º laser plane. Laser beam leveling can be made in the X
and Y coordinates, and parallel adjustments can also be made. The
turret can easily be detached giving a laser beam perpendicular
to the X-Y plane.

Fixturlaser T220 Laser Transmitter
Battery charged laser transmitter of diode type with built-in spirit
levels and an angular prism. Equipped with micrometer screws for
adjustment of the laser beam in horizontal and vertical level.
The optical head can be rotated 360º and thereby project a
reference plane with the laser beam.

Fixturlaser R210 Laser Receiver
Receiver with 2-axes detector.

Fixturlaser R310 Laser Receiver
Receiver with 2-axes detector and inclinometer.

Fixtures & Brackets
Magnetic Brackets (2)
Used with the Dynamic Growth software to perform HOT CHECK measurements
of thermal growth. Alignment is measured before and after running
the machines to full operating state.

Dynamic Growth (OL2R) Brackets (2)
Used with the Dynamic Growth software to perform SURE CHECK™ measurements
of dynamic growth. The most accurate way to measure dynamic growth
from offline to full running condition while the machines are operating.

Cardan Shaft Alignment Fixtures
Required to align cardan (offset) coupled machines.

Basic Straightness Kit 1-1
For use with the Basic Straightness software (1-axis).
Uses the transmitter-detectors in the base Fixturlaser system (20mm
detectors recommended).

Basic Straightness Kit 1-2
Flatness Kit 1
For use with either the Basic Straightness software or the Flatness
software. For measurements up to 20 meters.
Includes the T210 transmitter.
