Touch Screen Shaft Alignment Since 1996

Fixturlaser first introduced touch screen shaft alignment in 1996 with the launch of the Fixturlaser Alignment System. Since that momentous event, Fixturlaser has continually worked on improving the visibility and durability of their touch screen displays.

The new Fixturlaser XA shaft alignment system incorporates a whole new level of touch screen technology.

The new touch screen is Polyester Laminated, which features dual polyester layers. One layer remains flexible while the other is bonded to a chemically strengthened glass backing panel. This is a more rugged and impact-resistant construction than the traditional film-on-glass type of touch screen.

The Fixturlaser XA also features an "interrupt" button which allows the user to pause and clean the touch screen during an alignment, should that be necessary. All the inputs and data are retained and the touch screen becomes live again once the interrupt mode is turned off.
