faculty_DavidZDavid Zdrojewski

David founded VibrAlign, Inc. in 1979 and has served as CEO since 1996. Over the years David has served as President, Sales Manager and as a Field Service Manager. He has supported industrial customers (e.g., aluminum, tobacco, pulp & paper, tire making, plastic films, food processing, defense, and ship building) with predictive maintenance consulting services, including vibration analysis, training, field balancing, and laser alignment services.

Over the years David has presented papers at various industry conferences including SMRP, Enteract, Paper Industry Maintenance Conference, P/PM Technology, Vibration Institute, IR/INFO and the GM Symposium. He has also written (and only enjoyed by a half dozen people!) articles and contributed to publications such as Maintenance Technology, Plant Engineering, Plant Services and P/PM Technology. David has over 25 years of field experience in preventive management and 15 years as an instructor.

faculty_PatrickLPatrick Lawrence

Patrick Lawrence joined VibrAlign in 2009 and brought with him over 15 years experience in the maintenance and reliability field.

Patrick began his career working for International Paper supporting the maintenance efforts and later moved to Duke Engineering & Services. The draw of pulp and paper was too great and he later returned to International Paper as a maintenance and reliability engineer. Working for IVC Technologies, Patrick gained experience in a variety of industries and further developed his troubleshooting and predictive technologies skills.

Patrick earned his professional engineer's license in 2002 and CMRP certification in 2007. He is also certified in infrared thermography, vibration analysis and ultrasound.

Patrick and his family live in Gladstone, New Jersey where he enjoys amateur masonry and artisan baking.

faculty_StanRStan Riddle

Stan Riddle joined VibrAlign in 2008. He has 30 years experience in aligning industrial machinery. Stan began his maintenance career working as a machinist and millwright for companies such as Weyerhaeuser, R.J. Reynolds, and Tyco Electronics. He also has over 25 years experience in Predictive Technologies, such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic inspection. He is a certified Level III Vibration Analyst with the Vibration Institute, and is a Past Chairman and Board Member of the Piedmont Chapter.

Stan and his wife live in Yadkinville, NC where he enjoys wood carving, fishing, and anything else outdoors.

faculty_BradCBrad Case

Brad Case has been associated with VibrAlign since 1990, first as a manufacturer's representative, then joining the company as a direct employee in 2005. He has 25 years experience in aligning industrial machinery.

Brad began his career in the automotive industry providing technical training, sales, and service for Murray Goldseal an aftermarket air conditioning component manufacturer. His background includes 25 plus years experience in sales, service and training for centralized lubrication systems (including large scale oil mist applications in petrochemical facilities), couplings, gearing, and gear reducers.

Brad and his wife currently live in Allen, TX.
